I will work with you to understand your organisation’s capability gaps and deliver bespoke workshops and education programs to up-skill your people.
With the right support and knowledge, your team can transform your company. The best you can do for your business is to invest in your people. To do this, I design tailored workshops for teams and managers who want to improve their digital capabilities.
I can also provide a one-off coaching service that’s useful when you’re stuck and don’t know how to best go forward. When reassessing a problem thoroughly, we can extract more than one path to follow, and this way we’ll discover solutions that otherwise might have never occurred to us. I will give you the guidance and space you need to hack your problems.
My face to face workshops offer the best live experience for marketing professionals wishing to add digital skills to their roles.
Digital maturity assessment
Through a digital survey sent to all attendees, I will evaluate their digital knowledge and skill needs. I will also have briefing calls with the client to design a workshop adjusted to their needs.
Based on the information gathered, my team and I will develop a 2-day program, including keynote presentations, practical exercises and ready-to-use printable handouts. A full agenda with timings and some pre-work (this may be just some reading material) will be sent in advance.
Two full days led by one or two trainers (depending on number of attendees), with inspiring presentations, discussions, reflection, interaction and group work. All material will be sent in digital format afterwards. I recommend splitting attendees into groups of 4-5 people, working in separate tables.
Digital Consultations and Coaching sessions
If requested by the client, I can follow up with the attendees on the progress of their digital transformation and/or support them with any questions they may have.
